- carry out a feasibility study: set out the project and its implications for Sustainable Development; set out a baseline scenario; assessment of the scale of CO2 emissions avoided by the project; identify the main elements of the monitoring plan; assess CDM criteria and additionality; identify and plan the measures to bring the carbon credit generation project to fruition; write of the PIN (Project Idea Note).
